2010 Mujeres Leadership Program

Mujeres de HACE program has partnered with National-Louis University (NLU) generating increased visibility to the Mujeres program, encourage lifelong learning, and benefit Mujeres graduates with access to University workshops and events.

The Mujeres de HACE program's vision is to create a network of inspired Latina leaders that can affect change in our region by participating in a series of workshops whereby experts lead thought provoking topics on balancing work-family responsibilities.

The Mujeres de HACE at NLU program is specifically designed to meet the needs of today's working Latina in order to help move her into leadership roles in the workplace and in the communities she serves.  In turn, we hope to see these women passing their successes from this program on to other women ultimately improving productivity levels and retention rates for Latinas in the U.S. companies/organizations over the next decade.
